Arden Hartley is a queer historical and fantasy costume designer. Focusing on digital sewing patterns in 2026, Atelier Arden will be releasing historically inspired patterns made to fit modern and gender diverse bodies.

Our designer and founder, Arden Hartley, holds a Bachelor of Business, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics). After years of attending various medieval and renfaires, Arden put her creative sewing skill to the test and won the Blacktown Medieval Faire Costume competition and Winterfest costume competition and has now opened Atelier Arden to continue creating inspiring costumes, corsets and gowns.
